Head of Supply Chain

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead and expand its co-manufacturing network and manage all aspects of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage co-manufacturing partnerships, ensuring performance across quality, service, cost, and delivery
• Develop and expand the external manufacturing network to support innovation and capacity needs
• Oversee production planning and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build integrated operating plans

Qualifications

• 7+ years of supply chain, external manufacturing, operations, or production experience, preferably in CPG or food manufacturing
• Proven success managing external/co-manufacturing and supplier relationships
• Experience in contract negotiation, costing, quality oversight, and production planning
• Strong understanding of supply chain systems and demand/supply planning
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining focused on execution in a scaling environment
