Job Summary
To drive strategic partnerships, the remote Head of Systems Integrators will originate and structure commercial agreements with Tier-1 systems integrators, recruit and develop partnerships, and enable technical capabilities while ensuring Fireworks is embedded in partner practices.
Key responsibilities
- Source and close innovative commercial agreements with Tier-1 systems integrators, defining joint value propositions and co-delivery structures
- Identify and recruit Tier-1 SI partners, building strong technical and commercial relationships to establish Fireworks service offerings
- Design and manage certification processes and operational models to ensure seamless integration and support for partner delivery teams
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting, enterprise technology, or AI/ML vendor roles, with a focus on senior systems integrator alliance leadership
- Proven track record of closing non-standard strategic agreements such as MoUs and framework deals with major systems integrators
- Strong understanding of systems integrator operations, including practice formation and delivery authority
- Fluency in machine learning stacks to design and assess technical enablement for partners
- Experience in building new programs or functions from the ground up, rather than following existing playbooks
