Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute the North America Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent needs, labor market trends, and hiring decisions
- Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while managing end-to-end recruitment for approximately 2,500 hires annually
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in recruitment within a manufacturing or technically complex environment
- Proven success in managing distributed teams and high-volume hiring
- Familiarity with modern Talent Acquisition technologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making
