Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute the North America Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent needs, labor market trends, and hiring decisions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while managing end-to-end recruitment for approximately 2,500 hires annually
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in recruitment within a manufacturing or technically complex environment
  • Proven success in managing distributed teams and high-volume hiring
  • Familiarity with modern Talent Acquisition technologies and a data-driven approach to decision-making
