Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent to lead their recruiting efforts and build a robust talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across all functions including engineering and GTM
  • Build the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, including tools and processes
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house at an early-stage startup
  • Proven success in hiring top-tier talent, especially in technical AI/ML roles
  • Experience creating or significantly improving recruiting systems and processes
  • Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Passion for AI and shaping a pioneering team
