Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Talent to lead their recruiting efforts and build a robust talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across all functions including engineering and GTM
- Build the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up, including tools and processes
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in-house at an early-stage startup
- Proven success in hiring top-tier talent, especially in technical AI/ML roles
- Experience creating or significantly improving recruiting systems and processes
- Highly organized and self-directed, comfortable working in ambiguity
- Passion for AI and shaping a pioneering team
