Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Highly analytical with a bias toward action and iteration
