Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• 3+ years of experience managing recruiters
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proven ability to build recruiting systems in scaling organizations
• Experience applying AI and emerging technologies to improve recruiting workflows
