- Experience managing complex hiring plans, including workforce planning and executive alignment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build capacity models and design decision-driving reports
- Proven ability to build and develop a recruiting team, maintaining engagement and high standards
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with finance and executive leadership
