Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a high-growth technology company
• Experience managing complex hiring plans, including workforce planning and executive alignment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build capacity models and design decision-driving reports
• Proven ability to build and develop a recruiting team, maintaining engagement and high standards
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with finance and executive leadership
