Job Summary
To lead and scale the recruiting function, the full-time Head of Talent Acquisition will own and execute the talent acquisition strategy, partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, and develop a high-performing TA team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across all functions and levels
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with executive and functional leaders on hiring plans and organizational design
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in owning and scaling recruiting strategy in a growing organization
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including strategic and hands-on execution
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to improve recruiting outcomes
