Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

To support a high-growth e-commerce company, the full-time remote Head of Talent Acquisition will build the talent function from the ground up, managing end-to-end hiring processes and collaborating closely with the founding team to define role profiles and enhance the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across various functions, including engineering, product, sales, and leadership roles
• Build and implement the talent function, including ATS setup, sourcing infrastructure, and interview processes
• Develop a proactive sourcing engine and manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth startups (Seed through Series B/C)
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions, including senior engineering and leadership roles
• Experience building a talent function from scratch, without relying on existing playbooks
• Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive talent effectively
• Strong understanding of candidate psychology and experience in closing top market hires
