Job Summary
Empowering a growing team, the full-time Head of Talent Acquisition & Culture will manage recruiting pipelines, optimize sourcing channels, and design people systems in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting pipeline by sourcing candidates, filtering applicants, and conducting structured interviews
- Design and implement systems for engaging, onboarding, and retaining talent aligned with company growth objectives
- Monitor and manage employer branding efforts, including Glassdoor reviews and hiring metrics reporting
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce settings
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Experience with recruiting tech stacks and managing hiring systems
- Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation
