Head of Talent Acquisition

Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition, this full-time remote position will lead the evolution of the recruiting function, managing an established team while driving strategic, scalable, and data-driven talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and transform the current talent acquisition organization and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Lead and develop a team of approximately seven recruiting professionals, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders
• Establish clear recruiting processes and metrics to improve hiring quality, speed, and accountability across the organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership in high-growth organizations
• Proven track record of transforming existing recruiting functions and operating models
• Experience in hiring across multiple functions, including technical, sales, and executive roles
• Strong expertise in recruiting operations and technology, including familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse
• Ability to leverage data and business judgment to drive strategic change and stakeholder alignment
