Job Summary
Leading the design and improvement of an enterprise workforce capability system, the full-time Head of Talent and Culture will operate remotely, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance, and integration of AI and human capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a technology-driven workforce strategy that aligns with business priorities and fosters a high-performance culture
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous improvement of recruitment and workforce entry experiences
- Lead the development of leadership capabilities and performance management systems that integrate human and agentic resources for enhanced decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in talent, workforce strategy, or related fields
- Proven track record in leading enterprise talent and workforce transformation initiatives
- Experience in environments undergoing digital or AI transformations
- Strong background in managing talent acquisition and performance systems at scale
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to drive business-aligned outcomes
