Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Performance & Talent Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management strategies utilizing AI for data analysis and objectivity
• Oversee talent review processes and ensure scalability of talent practices across the organization
• Lead succession planning strategies to identify and develop successors for critical roles

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience in high-growth tech or similar industries
• Proven expertise in performance management, talent assessment, and succession planning
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders and executives
• Experience in building talent frameworks from the ground up in ambiguous environments
• Familiarity with talent management systems, particularly Workday
