Head of Technical Program Management

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional security and technology initiatives, the full-time remote Head of Technical Program Management will manage a high-performing team while directly executing critical programs within the Office of the CISO and CIO.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and support a team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a culture of execution and technical excellence
• Own end-to-end program strategy, roadmap development, and milestone tracking for key security and IT initiatives
• Collaborate across engineering and security teams to align strategies and drive complex, cross-organizational initiatives

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large, complex initiatives within security engineering and technology
• Proven experience in recruiting and developing high-performing teams
• Hands-on experience in security engineering domains, including vulnerability management and cloud security
• Strong ability to communicate effectively across globally distributed teams
• Experience serving as an executive point of contact for major programs
