Job Summary

Leading the technical recruiting function, the full-time Head of Technical Recruiting will manage and mentor a team of recruiters, develop hiring strategies across Engineering, Product, Data, and Design, and enhance recruiting processes to attract exceptional talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of technical recruiters, setting performance expectations and fostering a strong recruiting culture
  • Own and improve the technical talent strategy by collaborating with leadership to define hiring needs and streamline the recruitment process
  • Scale recruiting operations by maintaining systems and metrics, ensuring effective use of tools and reporting on key performance indicators
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 4 years leading a technical recruiting team in a fast-growing tech company
  • Proven experience in scaling technical recruiting functions with a focus on quality and speed
  • Deep knowledge of software engineering disciplines and the ability to evaluate technical candidates effectively
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing recruiters
  • Data fluency to track progress and make informed decisions based on recruitment metrics
