• Promote the value of Continuous Delivery and collaborate with teams to scope projects and resource team members
• Champion best practices in continuous delivery, quality assurance, and security compliance across technology teams

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading continuous improvement and DevSecOps initiatives
• Proven track record in a technology leadership role related to continuous delivery and quality assurance
• Deep technical knowledge in cloud-native development and secure software development lifecycle
• Experience with composable architecture and modern web/mobile frameworks
• Ability to mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture
