Job Summary
Leading the Term Life Insurance Sales organization, the full-time Head of Term Life Sales will manage multiple teams, drive performance, and develop strategies to expand the sales force while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Term Life Insurance Sales organization, overseeing multiple teams and driving performance metrics
- Define KPIs and foster a data-driven performance culture with accountability across all levels
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of licensed agents and managers, while continuously improving sales processes and playbooks
Required qualifications
- 8-12+ years of sales leadership experience with ownership of inside sales teams in a B2C environment
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales organizations
- Deep expertise in term life insurance or related protection products preferred
- Experience in designing agent compensation plans and performance management frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and telephony systems, capable of translating data into actionable insights
