Job Summary

Owning the central healthcare autonomy narrative, the full-time remote Head of Thought Leadership will manage messaging and positioning across the company's solutions, ensuring alignment and consistency while conducting research and influencing senior peers without formal authority.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company-wide healthcare autonomy narrative and category messaging framework
• Conduct research and brief analysts to support category-level arguments and messaging alignment across solutions
• Collaborate with Heads of Marketing to prevent messaging drift and ensure consistent representation across all channels

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in category marketing, communications, or thought leadership, preferably in healthcare technology or enterprise AI
• Proven track record of building and defending category-level narratives and experience briefing industry analysts
• Strong understanding of healthcare AI, automation, and U.S. healthcare operational costs
• Ability to influence senior peers through research and argument without formal authority
• Self-motivated with a capacity to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
