A company is looking for a Head of Total Rewards Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of reward professionals across America and Latin America
• Implement and manage total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with global objectives
• Drive strategic HR projects and provide market intelligence to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on HR or finance
• At least 10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational environment
• Experience managing remote teams and working with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
• Proven ability to develop and implement global compensation & benefits strategies
• Experience with data analysis to support decision-making processes
