Key Responsibilities

• Set and evolve Total Rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits
• Own global compensation governance including job architecture and salary bands
• Run semi-annual compensation cycles and scale benefits globally

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of experience in Total Rewards within high-growth tech companies
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy and equity program design
• Strong international experience in compensation and benefits across multiple regions
• Proven track record of building and leading scalable Total Rewards organizations
• Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing large budgets
