Job Summary
Head of Total Rewards, a full-time role responsible for developing and managing compensation, equity, and benefits strategies while leading a high-performing team in a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and evolve Total Rewards strategy across compensation, equity, and benefits
- Own global compensation governance including job architecture and salary bands
- Run semi-annual compensation cycles and scale benefits globally
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in Total Rewards within high-growth tech companies
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy and equity program design
- Strong international experience in compensation and benefits across multiple regions
- Proven track record of building and leading scalable Total Rewards organizations
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing large budgets
