Job Summary

Building a competitive global compensation and benefits strategy, the full-time Head of Total Rewards will design and manage compensation architecture, partner with sales leaders on commission plans, and implement benefits programs across multiple regions while reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and manage a competitive global compensation strategy, including job architecture and variable incentive pay
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to create and maintain effective commission plans
  • Build and continuously improve benefits programs across the U.S., LATAM, and EMEA, ensuring employee engagement and compliance
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated experience in building or redesigning global compensation or benefits programs
  • Hands-on experience with equity program administration and compliance
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build compensation models and executive-level reporting
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in HR or related field preferred
