Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) to lead strategic innovation and operational excellence in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to embrace change and deliver superior results in onboarding processes
• Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives, focusing on client experience and revenue growth
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement through performance metrics and stakeholder collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple functions in a dynamic environment
• Proven expertise in Defined Contribution plans, particularly Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
