Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformational change in onboarding processes and drive results through strategic innovation
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives and client experience enhancement
• Inspire teams and promote accountability while managing project teams for onboarding new and existing relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment managing multiple functions
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, particularly Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
