Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams to embrace change and drive superior results in onboarding processes
• Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives while enhancing client experience
• Oversee project management teams for onboarding new and existing client relationships onto core platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment, managing multiple functions
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
