A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple functions
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
