Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) to oversee multiple teams and drive strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation in onboarding processes and develop annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and champion a results-oriented culture using KPIs and client feedback
• Own budget planning and ensure financial discipline while managing project teams for onboarding new and existing relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including knowledge of Pooled Plans (MEP/PEP)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor and experience with client meetings
