Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) remote or hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to embrace change and deliver superior results in onboarding processes
• Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives and improve performance using KPIs and client feedback
• Inspire and empower leaders, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement across project management teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple functions in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge is strongly required
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor and experience with client meetings
