Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) who will lead transformational initiatives and oversee client onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams to embrace change and enhance onboarding processes
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with strategic objectives and client needs
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to improve client experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
