Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to inspire change and drive superior results in onboarding processes
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives, focusing on client experience and revenue growth
• Oversee project management teams to ensure effective onboarding of new and existing client relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, particularly Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
