Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) to oversee multiple teams and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation in onboarding processes using data and technology
• Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives
• Own budget planning and ensure financial discipline while supporting innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor and experience with client meetings
