Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire teams to embrace change and deliver superior results in onboarding processes
  • Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives and ensure continuous improvement through KPIs and client feedback
  • Manage project teams to onboard new and existing relationships onto core record keeping and ancillary platforms while fostering a culture of accountability
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment, managing multiple functions
  • Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
  • Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
