Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) to drive results through strategic innovation and operational excellence.

• Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple functions
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, specifically Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Proven ability to lead through change and deliver measurable business results
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
