Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to drive transformation in onboarding processes and deliver superior results
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with strategic objectives and client experience
• Oversee project management teams to onboard new and existing client relationships effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
