Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Lead teams to embrace change and deliver superior onboarding results
Drive transformation in onboarding processes using data and technology
Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
