Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to drive transformation in onboarding processes and enhance client experiences
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives and performance metrics
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment across functions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing multiple functions in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, specifically Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Experience in project management and financial planning
