Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire teams to drive transformation in onboarding processes and enhance client experiences
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with strategic objectives while managing budgets and financial discipline
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment managing multiple functions
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
