Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) who will lead strategic innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance collaboration and client experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
