Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to embrace change and drive transformation in onboarding processes
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with strategic objectives while fostering strong stakeholder relationships
• Oversee project management teams to enhance organizational readiness and ensure exceptional client experiences

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
