Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) to lead strategic initiatives and enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams to drive transformation in onboarding processes and improve client experiences
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives and performance metrics
• Manage project teams to onboard new and existing client relationships onto core platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor and experience with client meetings
