Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) who will drive results through strategic innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in transforming onboarding processes and enhancing client experiences
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives and performance metrics
• Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment across functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor and experience with client meetings
