Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP exp.) Remote or Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams to drive transformation in onboarding processes and enhance client experiences
• Develop and execute annual business plans aligned with strategic objectives and manage project teams for onboarding
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure financial discipline while promoting a results-oriented culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor and experience with client meetings
