Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding (MEP/PEP experience) to lead strategic initiatives and operational excellence in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation in onboarding processes using data and technology to enhance client experiences
• Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with strategic objectives and performance metrics
• Inspire and empower teams to navigate complexity and achieve project commitments and service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with onboarding systems and platforms
• Professional demeanor with experience in managing client relationships
