Head of Transition Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Transition Services - Client Services/Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to embrace change and deliver exceptional results in onboarding processes
• Develop and execute a business plan aligned with strategic objectives and client needs
• Champion a results-oriented culture using KPIs and client feedback to improve performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment
• Expertise in Defined Contribution plans, including Pooled Plan (MEP/PEP) knowledge
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and onboarding systems
• Professional demeanor with experience in client meetings
