Job Summary

To lead and scale insurance operations, the full-time Head of Travel Insurance Products will own the operating model for product development and launches, ensuring efficient execution and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating model for insurance product development and launches
• Build scalable, repeatable processes that enable efficient execution across teams
• Serve as the primary point of coordination with underwriters on product scope, requirements, and timing

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance, with deep experience in travel insurance
• Proven leadership in building and scaling operational functions or programs
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Experience working closely with underwriters and external partners
• Highly structured thinker with strong operational and program management discipline
