Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain safety policies and protocols for child and elder care services
• Establish risk assessment frameworks and create escalation protocols for safety incidents
• Lead investigations into safety incidents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, healthcare administration, law, risk management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs in child care or elder care
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing child and elder care
• Experience developing compliance programs and training curricula
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex risk scenarios
