Head of Trust and Security

Job Summary

Leading compliance initiatives, the full-time Head of Trust and Security will oversee FedRAMP strategy, security compliance, and privacy operations in a remote environment, ensuring regulatory obligations are met and integrated across engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute Filevine's FedRAMP 20x Moderate strategy and ongoing compliance posture
• Drive the design and implementation of security compliance and trust programs across multiple frameworks
• Oversee the operational privacy program, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy obligations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in security compliance, GRC, or related roles within SaaS or high-trust technology environments
• Direct ownership of FedRAMP Moderate or a comparable federal cloud authorization program
• Proven ability to translate regulatory and security requirements into technical implementation plans
• Strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
