Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Trustly Connect, ID and FIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Trustly Connect and financial institution connectors
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers to maximize KPIs and business outcomes
• Ensure compliance with global/local regulatory requirements and enhance product performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital product management or engineering leadership, with at least 4 years in direct people management
• Bachelor's degree in technology, mathematics, or a science field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in enterprise markets with a focus on high quality and customer-first approach
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with APIs and Open Banking
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer data and payments
