Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end growth engine, optimizing the journey from Paid Acquisition to Monetization
• Optimize 7-figure monthly marketing spend across global channels, ensuring strategic capital allocation
• Identify and exploit new channel opportunities to scale health and wellness apps into global market leaders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing and scaling Meta and Google Ads at significant scale
• Proven experience in a performance-first environment, preferably with subscription-based mobile apps
• Track record of managing high-volume monthly budgets and driving rapid spend growth
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to enhance creative workflows and campaign velocity
• Deep understanding of LTV, CPA, and ROAS, with the ability to read market signals for investment optimization
