Head of UX Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of User Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the UX and design strategy across product, brand, and marketing surfaces
• Establish and maintain design systems that scale across platforms and teams
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ship intuitive, high-quality user experiences

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX and product design, with at least 2 in a leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design, brand coherence, and cross-platform experience
• Proven experience managing and growing high-performing design teams
• Fluency in design tools (Figma, etc.) and comfort working closely with frontend developers
• Experience building design systems and working in agile product teams
