Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable value measurement system for consistent impact assessment
• Define metrics and frameworks for performance-based contracts and support commercial strategy
• Build and lead the Value Attainment team, establishing operational models and processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or implementation consulting
• Proven ability to design and operationalize repeatable measurement systems
• Experience translating business requirements into actionable specifications for engineering teams
• Direct people management experience, including team development and process establishment
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment
